Sweethearts' Dessert
Tonight Dave and I plan to attend a "Sweethearts' Supper," hosted by a terrific couple from our church, in honor of Valentine's Day next week. I like to bring a dessert to this kind of event, because I don't eat desserts made with such common ingredients as sugar and flour. If I bring dessert, I usually bring something I can eat. Rather selfish, I suppose, but other folks also seem to enjoy what I bring, so I keep doing it.
Anyway--this is my sugar-free chocolate chip cheesecake with a pecan crust fresh out of the oven (i.e., before it collapsed, as cheesecakes are wont to do).

Laura--that does look delicous! I love the sound of the pecan crust. Yum.
Glad to share the recipe--I think I'll send it through the SHS list rather than post here, so watch for it there. :-)
