I spent a chunk of the afternoon planning out Ben's ancient history course for his 9th grade year. We'll be using Susan Wise Bauer's History of the Ancient World plus a couple sets of Teaching Company lecture series (Foundations of Western Civilization and Great Battles of the Ancient World).

Yea, Mom has a mile long list to order from Rainbow Resource.
Way to go on the planning. I'm no where near starting to plan yet. Fortunately, most of what I need to do is already planned through the co-op. I just need to get our specific lit books and a few other things.

LUCKY YOU! I'm not so sure my kids were 100% thrilled with the boxes of books that come right before school starts. I don't have to order much anymore now that I have one who has made it all the way through.
